FUNCTIONAL HIIT TRAINING

Every GymSpace workout combines HIIT, Circuit, and Conditioning training styles to build real strength, fitness, and endurance. Expect high-energy sessions that mix cardio and weights to keep you moving, sweating, and progressing every week.

No two GymSpace sessions are ever the same. Our workouts change daily, blending bodyweight exercises, dumbbell work, and timed stations — keeping things fresh, challenging, and always fun.

Our GymSpace coaches are qualified personal trainers who bring energy, support, and expertise to every session. They’ll guide your form, push your pace, and make sure you get the most out of every 45 minutes or say under 1 hour.

Growing up alongside my twin brother Joe, fitness has always
been a huge part of my life. Together, we built GymSpace to
create a private, supportive environment where people can
achieve real results. I bring high-energy sessions, accountability,
and positivity to every workout, focusing on fat loss, building
strength, and improving overall fitness. There’s nothing more
rewarding than seeing members grow stronger, fitter, and more
confident — inside and out

JOE WALLBANK

Fat Loss Specialist | Muscle Building & Strength | Body Confidence

As Sam’s twin and co-founder of GymSpace, I share the vision of
creating a space where members of all ages and fitness levels
can achieve their goals and feel supported. I specialise in
strength and muscle development, lifestyle management, and
building confidence through fitness. Every session is structured to
be fun, motivating, and results-driven, helping members
transform their bodies and their lives while enjoying the journey.

RACH JONES

Fitness for All Ages / Women’s Strength & Fat Loss / 30 Minute Sessions / Zumba Specialist & Fun Classes!

Originally a singer&dancer on ships, alongside 8 shows a week, fitness has always been really important to me.

I teach Zumba and other classes and love the energy in the room! I try to bring that energy to 121s & my group, and truly believe fitness is for everyone.

Don’t be fooled.. I will work you hard, but at a level that’s right for you.
No matter your age or ability, we can work on fitness, strength or fat loss in a judge-free zone, while trying to keep it enjoyable!

I love seeing clients hit their goals – from building strength in the gym, or simply being able to get up off the floor easily… to feeling (and looking) amazing in their wedding dress!
