Our new HIIT class brings high-intensity strength and cardio exercises in energising rounds. Boost your fitness with a powerful workout that leaves you feeling refreshed and accomplished.
CIRCUIT
Our circuit classes uses a combination of cardio machines, weight training equipment and sled track, training both inside and outside. Our circuits are designed with a full body workout in mind!
