COOKIE POLICY

Your choice

You can use the site and send enquiries without enabling embedded Google Maps. Open cookie settings to change your preference at any time.

Remembering your preference

This site uses browser local storage, rather than a cookie, under the key gymspace-cookie-choice-v1. It records whether you allow Google Maps, the policy version and when you made your choice. The site treats the preference as expired after 180 days and asks again on your next visit. You can clear it through your browser settings; an expired record is removed when the site is next opened. The preference is not used for advertising.

Optional Google Maps

Embedded maps are off by default. If you allow them, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. This site does not maintain a fixed list of Google’s cookies because their behaviour can vary. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and cookie information. A regular directions link remains available without loading the embed.

Changing your mind

Reject optional maps or switch maps off in Cookie settings to remove the embedded maps and prevent further map loads on this site. This cannot undo information already sent to Google or delete cookies stored on Google’s domain. Manage those through your browser or Google settings. Your selection applies to this browser and website origin, not every device or external website.

Other services

No Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay tools have been added to this version. Fonts are currently requested from Google Fonts; that connection is separate from map consent and shares network connection information. Social media links take you to external services. Their own notices and controls apply when you visit them.

This policy covers the GymSpace Ormskirk website. Sam Wallbank and Joe Wallbank operate the partnership trading as GymSpace Ormskirk (GymSpace). Contact booking@gymspace.uk about privacy choices, or write to GymSpace, Unit 2, County Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 3LY. See our Privacy Policy for information about enquiries.

We update this notice and the controls when optional services change. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Gymcatch booking panel

The timetable page loads the Gymcatch booking calendar automatically. Visiting that page connects to Gymcatch, which may use cookies or browser storage for account and booking functionality. The optional Maps setting does not control Gymcatch. Leaving the page does not delete storage already placed by Gymcatch. A separate Gymcatch booking-page link is also available.

Gymcatch’s Data & Privacy Policy explains its handling of data.
